Information we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email, pickup and destination details, moving date, inventory description, and other information you choose to provide.

The site may process limited technical data for security, abuse prevention, and service reliability.

How we use information

We use information to respond, prepare quotes, coordinate services, deliver requested updates, secure the system, and improve service. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Google data

With the account owner's authorization, our private administration system may access ADI Moving's own Google Ads data, including campaigns, impressions, clicks, costs, keywords, and search terms. It is used solely for internal measurement and management of the company's account.

OAuth credentials and tokens are stored encrypted. We do not share Google user data with third parties except infrastructure providers required to operate the service or where legally required. Our use of Google data complies with the Google API Services Limited Use requirements.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described and legal obligations. We use reasonable access controls and safeguards, although no system is completely secure.

Your choices and contact

You may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable law, and may revoke Google access through your Google Account settings.
